I really like the stools and think they're very well made for the price, and they look good with the rest of the furniture. I was surprised at how quickly the package arrived, and that I could get free shipping on it as well. I was also pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to assemble anything! However, there is a "safety sticker" underneath the seat, mostly with common sense warnings. Unfortuntely, this is the first place that indicates that the weight limit for the stools is 225 lbs. The primary users of the stool are a lot more than the limit. It still feels secure, even at 50 lbs. heavier than the weight limit, and considering that my feet hit the floor in the stool, some of my weight is supported that way. It'll probably be okay since it isn't a daily use chair. But, had I known about the weight limit, I probably wouldn't have bought it. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Buyer beware, if this is important for you to know, and this should be mentioned in the item description.
